Our Anchovies are notable for being elaborated by means of a meticulous and handmade process, very similar to salted Anchovies, which maintains the original characteristics of the Anchovies. Because of its meat and aromatic flavour, our Anchovies fillets are a delicacy.
Finally, the Anchovies are covered with specially selected olive oil. This olive oil, with its intense flavour, adds a unique and exclusive aroma and taste.
